- REGISTRATION POLICY:

- Prices effective 15 Nov 1997. All prices in U.S. dollars.
- D & L Computing, Inc. accepts MasterCard, VISA, American
- Express, personal checks, money orders, and company
- purchase orders. A $20.00 service charge will apply for
- all returned checks. All purchase orders must be faxed
- prior to a acceptance and will be payable within 10 days
- of receipt of software. Due to new regulations for mail
- order processing of American Express customers, all American
- Express purchases will be shipped via U.S. Mail and will
- be charged an additional proof of delivery charge. Upgrades
- at reduced price (20% off regular unit price), available upon
- request, to registered users only. Proof of registered version
- must be provided. Specifications subject to change without notice.

- All products are shipped either electronically, on 3.5"
- diskettes or CD in MS-DOS format, upon request. Shareware
- versions of most products are available for download on
- web site. To register shareware version, complete order
- form information with payment method appropriately marked
- and send to D & L Computing, Inc.'s mailing address, fax #,
- or E-mail address. Registration code will be electronically
- mailed upon verification of payment. All requests are
- processed within 48 hours of receipt.

- Shipment Charges:
- (Electronic shipment of order is free of charge.)
- For Disks or Floppies:
- 1 unit $3.00 2 - 3 units $6.00 4 - 7 units $9.00
- 8 - or more units 2% of Subtotal or $10.00, whichever
- is greater.
- For CD: (Shipping free with purchase of Shareware
- Library.) Each CD ordered $9.00
- (Expedited delivery, $20 extra charge. Proof of
- delivery charge required for American Express
- customers.)

- REFUND POLICY:

- Due to 30-day trial period for shareware version of
- software, no refunds are given if not satisfied with
- performance of product. However, if media is damaged
- during formatting or shipment, D & L Computing, Inc. will
- replace defective product free of charge when damaged
- product is returned.

- TECHNICAL SUPPORT POLICY:

- D & L Computing, Inc. provides unlimited technical support
- with all products except for Freeware. Freeware is
- provided "as is".

- INTERNET POLICY:

- D & L Computing, Inc.'s top priority is your privacy. All
- purchase transactions are secure. We do not SPAM nor sell
- e-mail addresses of our customers or guests to other vendors.
- We do, however, provide newsletters or update information upon
- request from our customers concerning our packages. This
- information delivery can be stopped at any time by our
- customers by contacting us at dlcomp@traveller.com with a
- request to be deleted from our listings.
